It's not the fun place to work as it one was. The morale has been sucked out. No smiles to forced smiles. Staying positive.

Still, I think union is not the way to go. I believe it'll just make matters worse.

Very Tired, and the holidays are yet to come. The dam is yet to break.

We're being really caring of each other--I think we all recognize each other's work in a way we haven't before. We miss those who left, and we newly appreciate those still here. The store is more plain--no wonderful food demos, our store facebook page has nothing but stock photos. Trying to imagine who's going to staff the holiday table. Customers haven't seemed to notice, though one of them said today that she's been praying for all of us.

its horrible , short staffed and overworked. everyone is barely keeping a smile on their faces. its exhausting. we are working none stop and they have us moving fast so the level of stress just goes up. yet no talk about paying the survivors more to do the jobs of 3. i dont like it. its literally feel like full blown slavery .the whole vibe changed , whole foods just died .

I come to work now and I simply mimic leadership, they do nothing, why should I? Also, I love to see the sheer panic on their faces.

It's kind of freeing in a way, now I don't feel the need to kiss the asses of rude, entitled customers. It feels good to tell someone "no" when they're being unreasonable and abusive. I guess my attitude now is like "f it, " I don't feel like expectations from the bosses are as high.

We're just going through the motions till the next round of cuts. Nobody is invested anymore, just getting a paycheck. Buyers survived down here for now. Many of us hope to be part of the next purge.

Morale continues to plummet. No one cares any more. Production is way down.

lol. Can't even spell Florida. 5 years also looks like a longtime for business to be the same in Florida. We all just have to be realistic and face the changing marketing trends. The good thing is at least the new investment in technology - a little bit too late but we can clean up some mess in that category.

Morale is super low. All full timers cut to 30hrs beside leadership. Store is slow now, and we're just waiting for the calm before storm, when the holiday hits and we have zero labor.

Undoubtedly, the morale is down. Some of our friends are gone-the ones who worked in the trenches with us. It feels like we have to be reactive rather than proactive lately. Our store leadership is doing what they can with what they've got. Numbers are down, and we are stressed that we can't get everything done, you know, so the domino effect is causing some guests to get irritated, which in turn they take it out on us. It sucks. Each of us genuinely cares about each other, however, it's hard to say "how are you?", when we are so busy trying to keep up with the workload. The labor cuts are showing, and store leadership is trying their best to smooth everything out. We are trying to stay as positive as we can.
