Halliburton is scheduled to announce quarterly results Monday. Analysts see a 76.5% drop in EPS to 28 cents and a 35.1% drop in revenue to $5.65 billion.
Baker Hughes will announce results Oct. 21. Analysts expect a loss of 12 cents per share vs. a gain of $1.02 in the year-ago quarter. Revenue is seen plunging 39.1% to $3.81 billion.
Amid the grim predictions, Schlumberger could still stand out.
