It is all because a bunch of shit Management where they promote kiss ass people only. There always has been a circle of family there where son of director automatically became 2nd in command of accounting without any experience

Yep. Count on it. Welp I'm ready. All those fools who've been saying no more layoffs since January are a bunch of wacked out dummys. This year I've seen so many people laid off every month and NOV offices shut down.
Well, Varco and Clay tried to do that once. The problem was getting the skilled engineers to stay with the company but with "the legends" like Larry Wells and Bill Braman retiring maybe they figure they can try another run at it, but that seems awfully far fetched considering the amount of money spent there to expand as well as the customers that love FAT's there.
