As I read some of these posts I can see why some of you got laid off.You have no work ethic and some of you are lazy.

Well, 1- it is retail, and 2- the business model relies on fear mongering and the proliferation of pseudoscience, so a lot of dysfunctional activist types gravitated here...so yea, no real surprise.

For sure...some of the people laid off had no work ethic.

But what would that say about WFM's hiring practices if the majority of the thousands you laid off are lazy and have no work ethic?

The layoffs were horrible, benefits are being taken away, but at least we all found a forum where thousands come to vent every day. It also helps compare things across region and stores. This blog is a small victory in a huge loss

The overwhelming truth that you see in all of these posts, is that Whole Foods Market is a really terrible corporation. Team members have finally found an outlet to voice their feelings anonymously. I bet that just makes all of you corporate scum really worried, doesn't it? Good luck, now that the cat is out of the bag.
