Sales Force sent a bill to UOP Apollo group indicating they are 60-days behind in payments ($35K for August $35K for September).

That's about $5k per month per counselor using that turd. Another vendor based misfire, courtesy of the incompetent IT team. Just wait to see what failures they have lined up next.

Hey no company is perfect, it is about the apple analogy; we all go to the grocery store and look several apples before we make our purchase (Same analogy for any other type of relationship), at the end it is up to you to stay in this abusive relationship with them. We all have options, I know sometimes we stay because of money; we can all decide to purchase the better looking apple and make less money.
What does this tell you when the organization is slashing people and too incompetent or too broke to pay these bills?
The email said "If payment is not received by 10/12 it would be disconnected" is that why the system is not working at all this week? And where is the money going that they cannot afford the payments? I know this, the email was sent in error to another individual with the same "First" name in an entirely different department because the original guy is no longer at UOP! So, was he let go because he did not make the payment on time, or did he just take the money and run! LOL (I am not sure it is possible, but hey who know with the stuff going around in this place!)
Salesforce is a CRM, customer relationship management. Most companies use some sort of CRM. Most large companies use Salesforce or MS Dynamics, they don't make their own.

Sales force is shit.
SalesForce is our managed solution for looking up student info. The vendor system has feeds to and from company data. Since we can't build our own system that works we pay someone else. It's one step closer to us just being a holding company.
