I have to agree with you.
I dont think the merger is going through, halliburton simply tore the baker hughes pressure pumping division apart and will probably pay the 3.5 billion dollars, its no loss to them they eliminated all the competition and now can lead, think about it baker shut Alice tx which makes lots of revenue and other giant districts, and just left a handful open. What do you all think?

Heard they have moved date to finalize the deal, to early 2016. They want Baker to completely collapse so it could be easy pickings for Halliburton.
They are bringing in a bunch of contractors from India. The British gueers will work well with them
