Hopefully the best employees remain, and those who are let go or are given the option to leave - Find new careers and opportunities that allow them to be happy! So much negativity coming from people who spend years working side by side one another; It's sad. There are some really good leaders still left, hopefully they stay.

Bingo! But once they get away from the abuse they should go back to being good again! Think of how an abusive relationship works. While you are in it, you act accordingly to protect yourself, you just defend yourself. But some people at that place are really bad, not sure if they will change.
