i got harassed by a female astl for a while..she was stalking me when i transferred to a different store..she would show up with odd makeup and just hang out in the cafe for hours..awkward...but eventually she had to move and it saved potential issues growing out of this..

We've got this one guy who has been reported by just about everyone in the store and even some customers. One really got into it, with a lawyer coming in and talking to our hr person. Well our hr person just danced around and defended him, nothing ever happened. Years later he's still here and some people avoid coming to the store at certain times. He even got a Customer Service award awhile back. Zero tolerance policy? More like zero policy tolerance. As long as nobody sues us anything goes.
I've banged so many people in my time there...so many innocent lives ruined, so many aborted fetuses eaten. It's a shame I was fired for being so awesome and doing it.

Was daily harrassed and hit on by customers as a cashier. Sometimes harmlessly, sometimes not. I only ever complained once, when an older gentleman refused to leave my line even though my register was closing. Made sure no one was in earshot, and then catalogued each of my "attractive features " at disgusting length. Then Proceeded to eat his food at a bar stool directly facing where I was, staring at me. When I told leadership, he acted as though I was whining, and told me this was just "part of my job". I closed that night, and walked to my car in a dark parking lot ALONE.
Filed a sexual harassment complaint against a coworker and kept quiet about the inappropriate behavior coming from another coworker not long afterward, because even if both were a problem I knew it would look like crying wolf. Both from PFDS, go freaking figure. They don't care, they protect everyone who's willing to stick up for their leadership that comes in staggering drunk off whiskey. At least the coworker I made a formal complaint against really screwed himself over by repeatedly coming in intoxicated and finally got the attention of store leadership when he cussed publicly at me.
From my own experience as well, I can say this has been an issue. Those of you were actually harassed and have also been affected by these layoffs should really try and seek out some news outlet to tell your story too, even if anonymously.
For the record it wasn't only latino guys in my case.
Yes and I didn't report it or bring it up because in many cases it was a superior (ASTL or TL) and I feared even bringing it up would affect me at my reviews. Nothing quite as extreme as the stuff that happened to 179331. Although I have witnessed worse stuff too that didn't happen to me. Just icky vibe and lingering touches/hugs and nicknames and comments I found demeaning or inappopriate, from management. It's hard to explain but it's not stuff that would really bother you if it only happened once but havving to deal with it multiple times a day wears you out. I remember coming back from vacation and being like wow I didn't have to put up with this stuff for such a long time and realizing again how annoying it was. Now I've been laid off so it's too late to complain. That's how it goes I guess.
I have talked to global, and tmss about this. These people sit in our tmss office every day with the doors closed, drinking coffee from the personal coffee spot in her office and being friends.

Why didn't you report this abuse to TMS or get an attorney. That would never fly in our store.
Anon179301. No. I am Latino. Sure other were creepy as well but the majority of the cooks in sw are hispnic. Try being s woman and walking through there. I've worked at multiple stores and they all do the same.
I have transferred regions and teams before, through promotions and relocations. Every location I have been at I am sexually harrassed, and at two locations have reached out to store leadership or global. At my current store, my STL is friends with a lot of the TL's and various positions within the store, due to a large movement from one store to the next. I have been told buy a TL that he would like it if I sit on his face, while I was bending over in front of him in the office. Someone else in an important day to day role at our store showed me a picture of his dick on his phone. So how does it make me feel going to work, seeing these guys shake hands, hug, walk around the store and smiling at me. Oh, and I was told by my STL that I am "pretty so we will send the important people over when they get here".

I witnessed a Dallas area pfds team leader gawk and awe at a cucumber in giggles with a male team member. I even mentioned how uncomfortable I felt.

It's not OUR fault women like to go into our stores in tight yoga that show the outline of their pushy and ass. Not to mention celebrating "NO Bra Day" as their nippers poke through their tops. I work all day with a boner! Having female TMs flirting with me all day doesn't make it any easier. Blame society and our culture, not us men. I'mean a fit guy and good looking. I am very active in greentrek and have a very healthy life style. Female TMs constantly ask to see my abs and say flirtatious things to me every day. I take it as a compliment. There are women that do too. Then there are some who cry feminist out of jealousy of other women because they have low self esteem. Once again, blame society and our every day culture. Women idolized other women's beauty and trends to feel better about themselves so they to can be wanted and pursued. Get over yourself OP.
There are numerous legal and inside avenues you can pursue here
several women have complained at the store i work in SW region. they have complained to store leadership (two of whom are women) and nothing was ever done. NOTHING.
