Working here at Norfolk Southern has been a very valuable experience. The company has trained me to be a safe worker and to follow all rules to protect not just myself but folks who are working with me. As I am getting older, this grows in importance - I have grandchildren on the way and family is very important to me. Also, all the travel required while working at Norfolk Southern sometimes keeps me out of town more than I am at home - that can be good or bad, depending on what you want or like. I am not aware of any layoffs, so I'd say that it's a pretty good company to work for.

This guys is stupider than Donald Trump
Ha
I THINK NORFOLK SOUTHERN SHOULD CONSIDER A BUY OUT TO OLDER EMPLOYEES THAT ARE CLOSE TO RETIREMENT LIKE THEY DID IN THE 1980s SO THEY COULD KEEP THE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE WORKING AT A LOWER RATE OF PAY AND WILL BE WITH THEM FOR THE NEXT 30 YRS I THINK THEY COULD SAVE SOME MONEY AND KEEP THE YOUNG WORK FORCE WITHOUT LAY OFFS IN SOME AREAS
This one has no clue as to what is going on around him.
Dude your bat shit crazy ns laid off 475 workers in 2015
You do realize how stupid this sounds now that many people have been laid off in 2015 and 2016 layoffs are coming
