No, pretty much anyone Sr Staff or higher does the same thing. Use and abuse most of everyone else below them. Well, at least the successful ones. The ones not so successful that haven't mastered using and abusing grunts below while ass kissing above generally were the ones laidoff, because they were viewed as an overly expensive "overhead"...
