If you're afraid to email, simply create a new email address with no personal affiliations whatsoever. While leadership obviously is on this site, I don't think any of you have to fear that you'll be hacked or traced in any way. Know that collectively we have the power to take action and if even just a handful of stores come together, it will send shock waves throughout the company. More will follow our lead, the media might take notice, the possibilities are endless. We have to think big picture and not in the short term like our higher up counterparts who think an invested worker is nothing more than a number, that his or her years of service hours mean nothing when it comes to the bottom line. The bottom line is this: They f***ed up and we're the ones paying for it and that will continue to pay for it when things don't get better. Don't wait to be laid off, take action and take back your peace of mind! Make these Wolves in sheep's clothing sweat a bit, make them fear the power of the workforce, the people they rely upon but don't value at all. Make them pay.

Walter and Robb have let this company get away from them. In 2012 Walter said they wanted to get back to their roots. Really? Sad Half Foods!
Unions are the only way to put upward pressure on wages and benefits. We used to have the core values to "protect" us but they have thrown that out the window. We have no choice but to organize or get taken out with the trash.
Unions suck. Save it for the truck drivers. This is coming from someone that has been laid off. Still not worth it.
