Baker keeps falling more and more behind on their payments

I am a vendor, I do not like this. It looks to me like this company will not be around next year

The EU will just rubber stamp what the DOJ does. There's too much money on the table and being passed under the table for the regulators to deny approval. GE is buddy-buddy with the US Gov't and they want in the supply side of the energy business to bad.

If the DoJ DO agree to the deal by Dec 15th the European Commission is unlikely to follow suit ..the earliest would be sometime next year.
