SW region packets were delivered first class mail. Mine was post marked last thursday but I did not receive it until the following tuesday due to the 'holiday'. They include an envelope for you to mail it back signed but if i were you, id get signature confirmation and a tracking number. I did.
Not sure if it's jusy the MA region or my store, but I received 8 weeks pay last week via direct deposit (although the pre-tax amount was less than what was quoted on my severance package!!) & the severance amount was deposited a few days ago.
Get an attorney involved (easy money for attorneys here) - that's the language TMS understands very fast. TMS doesn't want to respond to anything but they have an obligation to answer questions and concerns in a timely manner. www.whocanisue.com
I got the 8 weeks today, was told severance would come 14 days from today by PBS at my store. So the 30th or so. Papers are supposedly on their way but I have not received them. SoPac region.

I am going off of what my tmsl told me. Last day was set for 10/9 then packet 1 wk later.
Today was not supposed to be the definite severance day, it all depends on when you got the paperwork and sent it in, once regional got the signed documents back it will 7-14 days from that point....it was clearly spelled out in the package...don't worry it will come, just be patient
Sw here and I did get it. It's very vague in a way because it requires a Wfm representative to sign as well but they don't state who. The day I left the company I was told that I would have to take it to the store so they could sign off on it. Tmsl wasn't nice once I left so I'll call monday

I have called regional repeatedly and gotten no reply. My tmsl is not returning calls. Nobody has their story straight. Sw here as well.

Try getting a call back from anyone at the store or regional: seems to be a better chance of a shark attack.
