Anonymity breeds courage, as well as a bit of dark humor. One type of person will post what they are really thinking or know in an honest exchange of information or rumor. The others will amuse themselves with making up whatever comes to mind just to get a reaction. Both can make it interesting to visit here. Wouldn't advise it on a company network however.
Shame the employees do not participate equally in the knowledge sharing initiatives.
