Are these org.charts available aready or still to be released?
Really......to call out a manager by name with vague accusations and a personal assessment on demeanor and mental capacity, clearly a very low blow. Grow up.
142704, looks like this whole this will be disruptive to the organization's normal functioning for the rest of the year.
A ROM is happening at every BU. BCG is running them. Chevron is hands off on the actual reorg of the organization.....the new org chart are BCG who knows nothing about it work. Many are privy to the head count reduction. You can count the boxes divided by employees and that gives you the percent. So I would say BCG has already restructured SJV. These numbers will increase as cash flow suffers and projects do not get executed. PRC will be decimated as no new projects. AMBU will be NOJV'd. So they will be gone in essence but there in spirit. Count on 25%minimum for first ROM. Some will get banged more than others. Think of ROM as new org charts that you then must apply cor your job and 2 New jobs in the org chart.
Folks, please try to offer a bit more explanation when you say things like 25% or 27% etc. Is this something official or your own opinion? If it is official, can you say something more to make it credible? Is this going to be a ROM? When are we likely to hear the announcement. Is this what jay Johnson or CNAEP wants?
Otherwise you may just be contributing to a lot of confusion.
