Nepotism and favouritism

nepotism and favouritism is rife throughout WFT even if you do you're work efficiently and safely I bet you're bottom dollar this will always be missed by incompetent managers who are only interested in saving their buddy's. Seeing good hands leaving or pushed out in place of manager worshiping ass lickers who have little or no Oil experience is sickening. If WFT can get rid of this culture and start rewarding the right people rather than ass lickers who spend their day constantly criticizing others to their manager to make themselves look good then maybe WFT has a chance. I've seen non Oil educated individuals promoted to positions way out of their league no surprise their manager is either a buddy or they are being rewarded for being the managers loyal eyes and ears.

Unfortunately your rather crass statement is true. I feel like I work at Peyton Place with all kinds of inappropriate behavior going on! Managers are the worst. HR turns a blind eye.
