One of the worst employment experiences of my life. Being a professional with many years experience and prior successes, I have never experienced such small groups of coworkers and their direct management who are down right evil, dishonest and spend more of their working hours plotting against others. All before layoffs began and became worse. We all know what goes around comes around so those of us not a part of the evil keep the faith and do the right things.
Cliques are allowed to run the show making it difficult for hard working, honest people to be productive and deal with the undue stress and nasty attitudes day in and day out.
Not only baker. But with the new Halliburton 10 to 15 years back. Zero support for the working people. You are just a number.
Many people feel the same.
