Can anyone out there think of other red lights to observe for before allowing them to dip into federal loan money? I can think of many in retrospect but by then it's too late, isn't it?

Red light # 15. EDMC as evidenced by "the layoff.com" projects an organization that lacks morals, morale and promotes a malignant work environment. As a result we are tirelessly updating our mission statement to underscore the above mentioned values that we have tirelessly promoted all these years. Do you have a problem with that?
Red light #14. Statistically speaking it's harder to get into clown college than any EDMC school. But at least after graduating from clown school as opposed to an EDMC school, you'll be gainfully employed as a clown; instead of just constantly feeling like one while being unemployed.
Red light #13. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). Also known as: You blab and we send over a couple of heavies to break some legs!
Red light #12. Since "self" delisting from the stock market in 2014, corporate transparency has been non-exsistent. EDMC said they did this in an effort to save money while burning through yours. How's that for transparency.
Red light #11. EDMC "the school" reinvests millions of dollars each year into the pockets of defense lawyers to deal with all those pesky lawsuites that as usual are "wholly without merit" as per those at EDMC who are experts in this area.
Red light#10. As of 2014, for profits enrolled just about 12% of the entire national college student population who accounted for 43% of federal loan defaults. Now there's a quality indicator to make you shout out: boulah boulah, boulah boulah, boulah boulah, blah, blah, blah!@!!#
Red light # 9. School has no even moderately rigorous admission requirements. You need to quit that stupid quality product crap, now! In fact you make me want to puke!!!
Red light # 8. For profits charge significantly more in tuition than reputable schools do for comparable degrees. Pooh bear sure does love that federal loan money honey pot y'all !!!
Red light #7. School facades have the virtual look and feel of a legitimate institution of higher learning. But, then again, isn't that part of their grand allure!
Red light #6. Extremely low rates of graduation and this rate is calculated over a six year period. Talk about getting more banged for your buck!
Red light #5. Forgot the main thing. We are broke. Nice to be falsely induced to attend a school that has a high probability to leave you with zilch for your time and money.
And you say it's all the fault of the stupid, greedy students. Why not beat-up on the only source of revenue these hallowed
halls has ever had.
Red light #4. What no student advocacy or ethics committe! Sorry friend, you're on your own. Why don't you go to those kinder, gentler schools. Better yet, just get the hell out of here!! Your killin' the vibe!
Red light #3. "This call is being monitored for quality and training purposes." Just to give you the quality you deserve.

Red light#2. What about needing to sign am arbitration agreement if and (when) you have a legal difference of opinion with the school. This essentially nullifies your right to be heard by a jury of your peers. In addition the process is bought and sold by EDMC so good luck!
