Looking for recommendations from those who have gone before - COP has opened an EOI period through Sept 11. If a long-term employee is not averse to being laid off with severance, what are the downsides to entering an EOI? If you are in a position unlikely to be selected, does entering the EOI mark you as someone not fully committed to their job?
