ROM 1 was filled with all the same players with no reductions to the VP or GM levels. Same ole players making the big bucks and riding the Chevron "Gravy Train" . When will cuts at the top levels happen? Sad how the top management has gotten CVX into this cash flow/hiring mess over last 5 tears however no cuts at the top 50 level!!

Of 10 Houston Petrotechs named yesterday there was I change! Seriously are the best and brightest in these jobs already. If yes what was the pout of ROM1? It's a sad facade! Apparently at CVX No Change is Good Change!

Yes the jerkoffs that LEAD us in this situation kept their jobs. Not one meaningful change. Now the scramble in ROM2. It is obvious that they protected themselves and are blaming PG 25 and below, as we will see a 25% reduction. The few people in ROM1 with no job will take someone's job in ROM2. This was the big chance to change leadership for improvement.

Seems that in ITC, ROM1 brought a lot of stress and conmotion, and it probably made those young BCG consultants richer. I'm sure we have spent a good chunk of money on the ROM, but the results are disappointing. The same incompetent people are left and very little changes happened.

Why bother? Why does upper management play these pretend games? How can we make Watson and his crew see that we need a major shakeup in our management?

I guess that's why you'll be ROM'd, huh? Obviously didn't get close enough to kissing Bill's ass to not even know his last name isn't Brown. lol

No surprises, same leaches kept their jobs and the competent outspoken ones got booted out. I know few cases in my department in ITC. Expect same approach in ROM-2. Ass kisser win, good people loose. They will run outta of indians that actually know how to get things done, they will put more work on the very few indians left, and keep hiring contractors and consultants to do their job. Same all SHIT... Why am I not surprised.... Bill Brown actually dropped down on my list big time. He plays the same political game as Louie. No balls to boot the incompetence out. No balls at all. He will follow Louie shortly as Joe Geagea don't put up with that shit. Mark my word....

ETC same shit, an effing disaster

Yes the ROM1 org charts were released. And as predicted there is zero change in leadership. I do see a few competent people out of jobs. The pain is going to be in ROM1. The leadership that screwed up the business will now pick there friend85s for ROM2
