Top VPs and Sr Directors in R&D are spending more time in gym then in lab. I know Sr. Director in R&D who spends more time in Gym then doing real work. They do have country club at top (which include HR also) & not to mention non technical leadership at top. They need to be removed such VPs and Sr. Directors first. All the real hard working engineers should be given to QCT. R&D costing QC lot more then anything.

Man, I thought qct was kinda a country club when I used to work there - you just do 'facetime' and make it look like you work long hours, then get promoted, I imagine crd is kinda same tho...
And how much more money do they make there on an average?
How's CRnD country club coping up? Man I'd love to "work" there and show some of the bimbos in N the O face.
