Will there be Fall or Spring PDC?

The PDC's are the only way to save the precious "Hi Pots" from the ROM's. The PDC's will exist for the select few so they can eliminate someone else's position and give it to a "chosen high performer".
Everyone should just assume there will be no PDCs, only ROMs, through end of 2016. Everyone will be ROMd within the next 6 months or sooner. Chevron is gushing cash and needs to stop the flow extremely quickly especially with Angola LNG, Gorgon, Wheatstone, and Kitimat high costs and problems.
Fall 2015 no. While it hasn't been "officially" announced for spring 2016, I think it's safe to assume it will be cancelled also.
