Get a Lawyer and sue them. This is not right. Severance is severance. They have to be consistent with everyone. I got one week per year
BHI pays one week per each year employed due to layoffs. When BHI closes a facility an employee receives two months salary period. Both receive 90 days medical coverage.
Layoffs and closures are written different in company policy.
So, yes employees get shorted when facilities are closed.
