A lot of good people left in 2013 and the "Shitty Idiots" that were left were unfairly promoted into positions they weren't truly qualified to hold. CHK has been playing catch up every since. Had the current downturn not occurred, we may have gotten away with it but now the proverbial "hidden dick on the tranny" has been untied and released for the whole world to see.
