Thread regarding Baker Hughes Inc. layoffs

Stupid racists with no qualifications or education post here but are too dumb to be a team player.

This racist crap about ethnicity of Indian people is the greatest indication of failure. Blaming others for jobs you could never do and never have without a education or degree. You think its the bottom up but no skill racists are the first ones to go. If you and your skills were valuable you would have no problem finding a job outside the oil patch. But your skills will never allow you to make the same money somewhere else in our economy. Blame whoever you want when you get your unemployment check and welfare in the near future because the "curry eaters" will have no problem finding another career. Its called an education you racist pricks! HAHAHAHAHAHA!

I agree, they bribed the whole oil and gas and IT industries and academia in the US. Intelligent people all realise that, the none intelligent ones blame blacks and mexicans.

Most of the Indian contractors aren't worth the air they breath. We have to fix their shitty firmware programming to the point that it would have been faster and cheaper for a BHI employee to do the work in the first place. The mental midgets just follow the procedures like lemmings with no concept of critical thinking such that I have to spend an hour and 15 emails to explain that an part doesn't fit into the procedures categories. Useless waste of cube space and money keeping them around.

These racists are purely demented. I can bet my 300k job on it. They have a stiff mind which can't see ahead of the county lines. Thy think they have best experience in the world.

To enlighten them, visa regime is handcuffing. You can't do anything but work for your employer in a limited capacity. People work their ass off to get into top 10% of schools in the country and then to land into the very few jobs available on H1B in the patch. I am talking about the dudes who come to study here. Then they wait for 6 yrs without spouse being able to work and another 8 for green card with all the uncertainty in life. Too much sacrifice in my mind.

Long story short, may the best man win. Try displaying superiority complex with subtle racism and get it back in proportion. No job is worth the self respect. No one is on taking money but giving back in social security and taxes without benefits.

There were a few things I noticed quite a bit from back when I worked at Baker in the field. I hate to sound offensive, but I am just being honest. In the field, there were alot of uneducated good ol boys (rednecks), that would talk as if they actually knew what they were doing. Some were downright narcissistic despite having a low IQ. One had to wonder what sort of backdoor connections made it possible for some of these people to get hired on. On top of that there was still a sense of entitlement despite being lucky to get hired over tons of less fortunate applicants. Even worse, if they saw someone get hired on who was actually qualified, but did not seem like a good ol boy, they had the nerve to question how that person got hired on. Alot of these dudes did just barely enough to not get fired, but yet always talked about how they were the best hand in the district and blah blah blah.......Now what's maybe even crazier, is whenever I would see extremely over qualified people like guys with Master's degrees in Engineering from top schools in the nation, but here they were doing oilfield jobs that only required basic data entry and basic pc knowledge. I did my time, learned what I needed to learn, and moved on to bigger and better things. That was pretty much the whole point of going through that BS, to get to where I am now.
