I'll tell you whats awesome. 2 guys get laid off and a couple days later their supervisor pulls up to work in his new $60, 000 GMC.
Everytime they transfer people they get laid off
No OT in swells. Soon enough they'll cut hours.
Nope no work, just stretching out the inevitable. How many think swells will continue to get hit before mac assembly or machine shop?
148901 that is what I have heard, it's not right. Good employees should be transferred instead of bringing in the Benbrook people.
Been there and bought the "T" shirt...Denied a transfer told because I was a valuable part of the team and a void would be created if I transferred. 2 months later laid off. Gotta love the management at Weatherford.
ANON148575 --- Could you please define what a "GOOD EMPLOYEE" is? Perhaps you know something the rest of us do not. For I am an excellent employee and was denied a transfer. My definition of a "GOOD EMPLOYEE" being, coming to work and doing my job ...on time every single day, work without errors, excellent reviews, no safety incidents, little to no personal/vacation/sick time used, stay extra when asked, and cross trained in not one, but three different job areas.
Bye Bye WFT, bye bye
It's according to the department you're in. Get transferred to a busy department. If you are a good employee it should be easy.
I hear the swell guys dont have any work
No work
I didn't think so.
