Everyone is replaceable. If you think your that important to the company, your name should be Conoco. Yes, I won't disagree with you that experience does reflect what your capable of but in the grand skeem of things the first guy to drill or produce a well has long since died and the oil field is still doing the roller coaster like it always has and will continue to do. Get the chip off your shoulder and realize that if you wanted something more stable you should have gotten into the toilet paper industry, because shits going to happen no matter what! If your that irreplaceable and do your job that perfect than why are you posting your rant during business hours, oh wait it's your day off???, than isn't that well still flowing??
