It show your total lack of understanding. In a severe market like this companies try to cut costs as much as they can, low performance along high cost employees. How does an employees become high cost? seniority, dedication, expertise and performance. Don't be stupid and disrespectful.
What is with the inbreeding comments?? Why do people hate us so much? We are all trained professionals just like all the other COP locations. If you encountered people you didn't like or respect, that's fine, but those are all over. But inbreeding? Come on.
