Which international offices?
People in international offices have started to receive notifications as of this week....verified.
Some people that would have been laid off in this round have already left with severance packages, if that's what you're asking. However, the general notifications haven't gone out yet, despite most senior managers already knowing exactly who will stay and who will go.
