He's just trying to help the outside experts and SM to see the light, I think. It all makes sense, logically, analytically, business wise, maximizing shareholder value at any cost.
Scary information no one has ever heard of. No cite to authoritative source(s). Followed with appeal to buy HIS product/service. Yeah--this guy is nuts if he expects logical engineers to believe this....
