Laying you off, and then firing you within the 60 day period?

Nothing. But unless the company is in dire financial straits--as in on the verge of bankruptcy, it's generally still a WARN Act violation if they don't provide notice and pay you the equivalent of 60 days pay plus your continued benefits.
