It's been pretty funny watching people change who they are to try and "suck @$$" to the boss when it's already to late. Trying to play the game a little to late and now reality is somewhat settling in that they won't have a job, but just can't swallow that pill yet. So they say to themselves "I'm the future", "I have special skill", they couple that with there too late game playing. The reality is, your the joke and the rest of us are laughing. When 1st Qtr. gets here, there will be a serous reality check for a lot of people who think their job is safe.

How sad it is to see the product of the public education system: people who are unable to compose their thoughts in a succinct and articulate manner. Reading and writing are not antiquated notions. Hope you are a lot better at whatever it is you do that brings value to the company. And also hope you don't have to explain to anyone what the heck you do.

People will fight to make themselves relevant as they know the chopping block will be served up once again. The behaviors get extremely magnified.
I think it's humorous how people respond to criticism. Poor spelling and lack of attention to detail are what make technical reports useless and complex schematics illegible. I see so much of what's wrong with Chevron played out for the world to see on this silly little board.
Anon964 must be on the way out and is the typical Chevron problem. Getting bogged down in the irrelevant instead of addressing the actual topic/task at hand. Spending energy, effort and money in places that bring no real value. I have also notice a complete, and sudden change amongst employees. Is it for better or worse? I think it's moot.
