We just had round 1 and we are hearing of round 2 layoffs soon, does anyone know when and what scope, employees and contractors of so what will be the numbers?

What y'all just had was an RAE, with poor performers targeted. Next up is a ROM with everyone in scope. New org charts, with 1/3 jobs gone. Then everyone has to post for their job again, if it's there. if your job is gone, you have to compete against everyone else without a job for the few jobs that remain. Good luck. Anyone with more details feel free.
