For example the fatality at AMBU...the rest of the story..... Allegedley Jesse Morris a D&C manager who did not want to snub in production casing....why? He was somewhere and some got killed snubbing so the story goes. So Jesse is D&C manager in AMBU and decides no snubbing.....Chevron snubs production casing everywhere else. Everyone snubs in casing....EVERYONE...except AMBU. No snubbing leads to stabbing the live well with coil to place a plug and then leave a frac head on the live well for months. This was the root cause for the PA fatality and Chevron has no clue. My last attempt was talking to the new VP who came from a refinery and had zero upstream experience and a few months later everyone's prediction came true. Inexperience hands working on a live well that was plugged several months before and rocked up close to 5,000 PSI. If Morris was not such a dumb ass we would have snubbed the production casing in and be done with it at least do it with D&C personnel not production personnel that have zero well experience......but the Chevron Way to Get fed in the Ass....Morris gets promoted. F up to move up. His idiotic and blatant negligence kills a young man. This is public knowledge and guess what, as of last month they still don't snub!!!! DISASTER. Lol do you think anyone at Chevron can even explain coil tubing let alone run the dam thing. The well control class Chevron passes off as certified.....I had to instruct the instructors. What a broke organization. I truly need to get out of here on moral grounds. I never have seen that BOI report. That needs posted in all brake rooms. And yes you need to be asking why this happened and holding the named names accountable.

Hey little man, Anon149132... we post names because the company takes no actions against these so-called leaders in our BU's. Why not fire them? You want the big bucks, you want to make big decisions, well step up and take the consequences when you fu*k-up!! So yes, post the names and take no prisoners. he Help is standing on the burning building called GOMBU and waving a flag saying this is not just a symptom but a systematic issue in all of Chevron. Asking WTF? Do something about this leadership! We only get real opinion on a fvcking internet board! I agree, these haters are long term Chevron employees. They looked up a process to figure out The Helps strategy. And since there is no process of "understanding a layoff board" they feel attacked or manipulated. This does reveal sooooooo much more about the state of our employees.
