Yes targeted layoffs and the few expats have been thrown in Project Alpha ROM 2. This is in place of a PDC since that has been cancelled. It's a joke of course. They won't get a position. For the targeted layoffs it was a firing not a layoff. Chevron can't say "Your performance ducks your fired". So they say "Your position is eliminated, your now part of project Alpha."
