There are no jobs. What's everyone going to apply to? Almost everything is senior level. Keep all the managers who didn't make it though round one?

I can't imagine GOMBU being harder hit but that's what keeps getting repeated. I still am amazed no changes in ROM1. Zilch...zippo...none. I discovered not expect 1 in 3 (30%) gone but I did expect at least a few!!!!! What a sham!
Holy shit Batman. There are noooooo jobs. The OP is correct. My boss is an SOB to his peers when it comes to sticking up for his team. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I still expect the daughters and sons to get jobs they are not qualified for....nepotism is a thing of the past. I sent the number of family members.....even wife's reporting to husbands to the news last week. They called me up this afternoon and called,me a liar lol. After going through every name it finally clicked. I am telling the TRUTH. Expect a news story on this layoff. I am out of here next Monday. I got a new job! Praise be to God! But there are several employees that are on board with reporting this to the press. Chevron is going to shit there pants.

Yes...the few managers that did not get the ROM1 jobs will get jobs in ROM2. Are you surprised? Now GOMBU will have the experience next. All of the people they have said, "My God why are they still here?" Will get a job..It is not like a normal company that thins the heard with the mentally challenge. At Chevron they keep there jobs, even get promoted. I think people are finally seeing this is just a game. No change. Same people in power making the same dumb decisions. It will only get worse.
