Why would you buy a sinking ship. Weatherford is sinking.
To buy the name and reputatuon. Why would halliburton buy baker? Certain product lines are money makers and wft leads the market in them. Why not buy the competition if you can. No one can buy halliburton or schlumberger so buy the next best thing.
Why would KLX buy Weatherford? They have already hand picked the people and customers they want.
I think KLX buys wft. They already getting some good people from weatherford..
Prob KLX. They already have a green stealth for their logo. Theirs flies while ours sits idle. Really look them up!
