This is Issa's stab at "bipartisanship." Since he has invariably contributed to the problem--albeit on a smaller scale than QCOM, don't expect him to "discover" much that will be helpful.

Democratic Senator Dick Durbin and Republican Senator Jeff Sessions are spearheading a Bi-Partisan investigation of H1-B's. It was triggered by Southern California Edison ( electric company) firing many of their IT Workers and then having the nerve to direct their workers who were losing their jobs to train their replacements!!

Representative Darrell Issa, Republican from Vista, is the richest member of congress.
Issa "investigates" many things and ends up with nothing to show for his efforts.
Hope this leads to something. QC needs to pay for its unethical hiring practices.
