Oh, how quickly the stock prices turn with some wall street stratrickery. Well this is sort of good and sort of sucks..It's good that my BRCM stock is worth good money now. It sucks that my QCOM stock has lost some value. So I guess a bigger question is, what are the changes of BRCM stock price moving above QCOM's stock price? I guess that depends on how Avago is doing, and whether that $54.50/share cash payout will really happen.

Share prices may be close, but QC's market cap is almost three times BRCM's

Uber + Xiaomi are "worth" more than QC + BRCM. Hey Beavis, commodity chipset vendors are dead.
