If you survive the layoffs, you will be canned shortly after during the fire sale.
What I got from it is that if you survive the layoffs, we will still have a VCIP evaluation and there will be salary adjustment next year as keeping them frozen is not sustainable. He apologized for appearing flippant during that response.
The suit and the shirt simply ridiculous... The rest? Same old story
