CHK has so many mounting lawsuits from every State they operate in. So far they have lost all the royalty owner deductions costs lawsuits... Texas, Oklahoma Pennsylvania, the Virginias, matter of time before all the other States copy cat those leases. Then there is the AEP Vs CHK or vica versa... then fires and well blow outs like the one in Wyoming. Go get your law degree or paralegal certificate.

Seems like an English degree could be of some serious value to you.
Law degrees are a waist these days.....everybody and there dog has one or is going for one, best job you can land is as an overpaid Landman!! Save your money, maybe get a degree in geology?......
Might save your money on that JD. The litigation has already been done and CHK has and will now continue to "settle" with these interest owners. See Edward Bass or City of Fort Worth for examples.
