Hey guy that posts anonymously and called me a suck up. How is that sucking up? Chevron is broke, they moat likely can't be fixed. They have a lot of dirt bag people working there. I left for CP over a year ago because I seen how bad it's messed up... All I'm saying is quit with the bs chatter, if you want to post allegations grow a sack and stand behind your words.
Chevron is on it's death bed. We who have been here for 20 yrs know how bad it has gotten. Guys I do not think it can be fixed. Broke from the top down. We can try but I think this place is cooked. Tell me on thing that makes us excellent. Just one?

What you "Internet tough guys" are doing is posting bullshit allegations that carry no weight with no facts. If you believe in what you post, post your name with your allegations... Be a grown man or woman not a child behind a keyboard acting tough. I bet your BU would be a whole lot better if you put half the energy in at work that you do here posting bullshit.
Please use the alert line to report all unethical and immoral behaviors. That is what it is for. I started this list and el tell you I have seen my share of idiots in management roles. But I will not stoop to their level and use backhanded strategies. I stand in their faces and make sure they know they are wrong. I have ruffled feathers and don't regret it. The reports to alertline are auditable. Use it and stop the misfits from moving up in the company. If enough reports are submitted they eventually have to let the person go.
This is my company and j will fight for it. You do the same.

Chevron didn't owe you guys anything. They paid you for your services. If it was as bad as you all say, then why did you stick around until you got laid-off? The fact is alot of you are bitter former employees, that are posting like cowards and posting anonymously. Your bs allegations carry no weight from a bunch or scum bag, Internet tough guys.
PC liberalism at Chevron is just a facade for mangers covering their rectums. Did you ever read any followup on the contractor who was killed in the Pennsylvania explosion? What was the root cause? Any lesson learned? Not so much. The story of the PGPA coupons for a free pizza that were delivered door to door in the neighborhoods near the explosion was well publisized.

The OP is correct. I understand everyone's frustration and need to vent their anger. Please do so, but try to refrain from exaggeration and profanity. If we all stick to brevity in our comments while posting our comments (negative and positive), this site will better serve everyone.
