The need for expats and global rotators are high and there is a reason. Experienced workers who have the knowledge that other oil field workers have not experienced. There are many Canadians working here in Alaska also so are we to be happy if they get the boot? Grow up

And Global Rotators and Expats are about to get booted. I still don't understand the need for global rotators working in Surmont when we have Canadians that can do their jobs and it would reduce travel costs etc. Just more people being protected by politics and the good ol' boy network. There is too much overlap with the leadership in these organisations. Span of control is out of control. Come on CPC, prune the vine and send Dotson and his mafia packing...

Manager and supervisors are next because we are going into individual BUs. Admins will report to landmen and landmen will report to managers of the BU.
