MAJOR MOVE AT AI ONLINE THIS PAST WEEK TO LAYOFF LARGE GROUPS

Why is no one talking about the Ninja move that AI ONLINE did this past week. Out of the 80 reps that are still there, 50 of them went on corrective action by Friday.Sounds like somebody doesn't want any bad press. 50 out of 80. Looks like management needs a huge overhaul.

Just adding up the numbers that's what it's all about to see who's in so to know who's out.

If you are an affiliate, employee, insider, or any person in possession of nonpublic material information about this company, please be advised that buying or selling this security may constitute trading "on the basis of" material nonpublic information prohibited under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1 thereunder. What is insider trading?

Illegal insider trading refers generally to buying or selling a security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence, while in possession of material, nonpublic information about the security.

Rule 10b5-1 provides that a person trades on the basis of material nonpublic information if that person is "aware" of the material nonpublic information at the time of the purchase or sale.

Affiliates, insiders, relatives, or other persons in possession of material information should use extreme caution when buying or selling securities on the basis of material information, particularly in securities where the company is not making adequate current information publicly available as a matter of practice.

Why does OTC Markets display this warning?

Companies that are identified on otcmarkets.com as having “No Information” may be placing their shareholders at risk of violating 10b5-1 insider trading rules. OTC Markets recommends that investors wishing to place a trade in such securities contact the company to verify it is making adequate current information publicly available.

Remember not to ask the whereabouts of Mary, Joe or Lou for that may reveal your sad refrain of those who fell before you.

Who is Fria? I'm surprised that we didn't see faculty layoffs this quarter.

Remember the small change has been spent. Look to the self-anointed to find different direction and be replaced by the most unlikely. Fria's day was her last.

How enchanting it is for the company to have its own layoff site. Reminds everyone that their future is always tenuous at best. But not to worry, it always happens to the other person who has less to lose. Right?

AOD - so where are all these layoffs you have been fear mongering?

Post ID: @1Xp4+Ds9eoAm

Look around tomorrow as you skulk down the hallway and listen to the echo of your clattering footsteps telling you someone you once knew is missing. Maybe you should make a phone call, possibly it's too soon to express concern. Anyway, out of sight, out of mind is the best approach. Don't you think?
