SGL 15-16 - career level in most functions, some supervisor positions

Relatively new to Conoco. I am a contractor. But SGL... 21? I'm assuming it's a pay grade but to roughly what level of management would that refer? I mean a VP would be level what? An asset supervisor? A field tech? Sorry just looking for a sort of reference. Thanks!

Per the Exploration Town Hall on September 2nd, SGL 21 and up who are getting laid off will find out this week. So, expect a lot of announcements about so and so becoming the new Grand Poobah of this or that.

More rumors pop up I guess.

Maybe only 10% employees are really working.

10% ready for EOI.

10% forced retired.

40% are mangers in the endless meaningless meetings....

30% gossiping.,,
