This post doesnt need to turn into a bunch of smartass remarks from you 20 something know it alls. 30 years ago we worked together for each other, now it seems some of our good managers kept thier mouth guarded for fear of firing them while protecting some good hardworking young people under them. I sure as hell hope that whoever is going to bring this company back will take notice of the common sense below the leadership teams levels and get rid of the detractors you have now.
