Word on the street is that Gville cant build an RJ in under 400,000 man hours. But somehow have all tools and process to get Waco to build a 747-8 VIP in under 300,000. News flash mole-n and bonnet, its not the processes, it was the price to win approach by your predecessors. Now we are dealing with tons of new processes causing more inefficiency.

No problem Gville sent that guy down to Waco that was in charge, so that will not happen up there again. Maybe we can send some of our failures up there to help them. Believe me we can send all the VIP managers and PMs up there, and would never miss a beat.
