Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

Incompetent or racist management?

When management, specially HR, doesn't know how much racism, sexism, and discrimination go on in the ranks, they either don't care or don't know.

If they don't know, they are incompetent, if they don't care becomes a legal matter.

Sure... These problems are not new! He can you layoff someone that was unfairly reviewed by. A racist and/or sexist manager???? I see lots of legal problems here. Won't be difficult to prove at all!

A lot of it is stress/anxiety related, due to the layoffs. More to the point, it is due to the poorly executed layoffs--where, thanks to upper management and JANA, some people have been obsessing over whether there would even BE a major layoff this year since November 2014. The fact that SM announced this week's notice in July didn't help.
