Staff, Sr. Staff and Directors are going to get hit the hardest (as a percentage), Engineers and Senior Engineers with less than 2 years with Qualcomm are also getting hit pretty hard. Notices will be spread out for 3 layoff dates: November, Jan and March. I work the HR and my source is very reliable, I have the goddamn spreadsheet right in front of me.

What about support people? I'm not hearing much, eng techs, support engineers, etc.
If you are HR tell yhem that women are beng treated as a lower caste and the Big boss, that is a woman, doesn't do shit to stop that!
You can't meet the number$ by just laying off the junior/lower paid people. Senior/high paid/longevity people are definitely in the cross-hairs.

No you don't. The spreadsheet was already available last month. Hr had it awhile ago to fine tune it. To potentially avoid issues such as age, gender, race discrimination issues. There will be hits to some of the recent acquisitions as well
