Company goes through a spiral of death when majority of folks only want to manage or lead somebody without having ability to manage or lead...... At technology company like Qualcomm, manager or lead should understand that he/she needs to have sound technical knowledge or have desire to gain that knowledge, if not he/she is going to bring down team morale...... Misbehaving and disrespecting the subordinates is a salient feature of these incapable leads! Come on Qualcomm, show the door to these arrogant fools!

lol and you are not one of them? QC should really make use of this opportunity and get rid of under performers or rather non performers, and make Qualcomm a better place for passionate engineers! But well, it's a dream.....as most of the directors and managers fail to identify the real talent and only prefer fake ones showing someone else's work as theirs, huh.....so again this layoff would see some good people leaving Qualcomm and we still gotta work with the trash left behind!
